Right to reach & access your information available with Almajdouie including your right to read & have a clear free copy therefrom conforming to registers’ contents, as per regulations specification, & without prejudice & violation of Personal Data Protection Law in relation to the Financial Consideration & without violation of article (Nine) of the said law.
6.3. Right to request the correction of your personal information available with Almajdouie or its subsidiaries, customers and/or suppliers.
6.4. Right to request the destruction of your personal information with Almajdouie when the purpose & need are finished. This compliance shall be without prejudice to the requirements of article ( Eighteen) of the law

7. What is the lawful basis and how do we use your data?
7.1. Contractual Basis – Processing needed for fulfilling and provisioning any of the contracted services between ARB and its Customers e.g. Conducting credit checks before processing a loan request.
7.2. Legal Basis - In order to comply with rules and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia issued by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority and any legal obligations mandated by the regulatory authorities (in this case the Saudi Central Bank “SAMA”) that govern the Group’s operations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and governed in all respect by the Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
7.3. Legitimate Interest - When the processing is necessary for the purpose of legitimate interest of the Group, without prejudice to the rights and interests of the Data Subject, and provided that no Sensitive Data is to be processed, examples are as follows:
o To allow us to use analytics to improve customer experience, predict trends and patterns which in turn allow innovative new ways to improve our services and provide you with our excellent range of products and services.
o In order to ensure the highest quality of service and accuracy of information to our customers.
