Stellantis Group announced the appointment of Almajdouie Motors Company as the exclusive agent for the Citroen brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This expansion partnership comes as a continuation of Stellantis' continuous efforts to strengthen its relationships with its partners and expand its offerings in the Middle East region.
The expected return of Citroen to the Saudi market was announced at an official signing ceremony held on this occasion, which saw the presence of Samir Cherfan, Head of Middle East and Africa Operations at Stellantis Group, Youssef bin Ali Almajdouie, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Almajdouie Motors, in addition to a number of senior executives from both the two parties.
Citroën models that will be available at launch include: Citroën C3 Aircross, Citroën C4, Citroën C5 Aircross and Citroën Jumpy. It also coincides with the launch of the all-new Citroën C4 X electric car, in line with the Stellantis Dare Forward 2030 strategy and the group's ambitious targets for the Middle East and Africa region to convert 100% of the Stellantis range of cars to electric vehicles by 2025.
